All new Sherrygreen Homes are protected by a NHBC 10-year Buildmark Policy.

This warranty is provided by the NHBC (National House Building Council), which is one of the major independent regulators for the new home industry. The NHBC endeavors to raise house building standards and prevent structural problems arising.

This policy provides complete cover for new home buyers for the first two years after legal completion, plus a further eight years’ protection against structural failure or core issues such as subsidence. Further details of the warranty will be given to you at handover.

The NHBC Buildmark pack will be forwarded to your solicitor on legal completion, along with your insurance certificate which can be filed in the document box accompanying your new home manual.
